Classes

Crossfit

In CrossFit classes we use functional movements to build your endurance, strength, mobility, and coordination while combining weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning work. The coach always explains what the session covers, then leads a general warm-up that flows into a more specific one matching the planned movements. After that comes the WOD (Workout of the Day) - usually the most intense part of the session, typically lasting 5-30 minutes depending on the day. The class ends with a shared cool-down.

Weightlifting

In Weightlifting class we learn weightlifting technique (the snatch and the clean & jerk) and do supporting drills to build up to them. The goal is to increase your strength and improve your technique, so you feel more confident with a barbell in CrossFit classes or can take part in weightlifting competitions if you'd like.

Hybrid

Hybrid is a varied and challenging session that combines functional strength training with long-duration endurance work. Classes mix cardio (running and ergometers) with a range of strength exercises. Hybrid training builds your endurance and your ability to perform varied functional movements at a high heart rate.

CrossFit Basics 50+

CrossFit Basics 50+ is designed for people over 50 who might find joining a regular CrossFit class intimidating at first. We learn CrossFit's foundational movements, scaling every exercise as needed to match each person's ability. We put equal weight on strength training and conditioning, to support both your musculoskeletal system and your cardiovascular health.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics class is a slower-paced session where we learn bodyweight movements that require good control over your whole body: handstands, handstand walking, ring exercises, leg raises on the bar, muscle-ups, and more. The class starts with a shared coach-led warm-up before moving into more specific gymnastics skill work. Each session focuses in depth on developing 1-2 different skills.

Kids

In kids classes we build body control, coordination, accuracy, mobility, speed, endurance, and strength through playful activities: ring gymnastics, rope climbing, ball throwing, obstacle courses, and practicing handstands against the wall and hanging from bars. For older kids we add simple exercises with dumbbells and light training bars alongside the gymnastics and endurance elements. The goal is to build a strong general physical foundation for kids.
